According to Unwired View, the Motorola Z12 ZiNE will come in the same form factor as Z8 and Z10. 

The Motorola Z12 ZiNE is rumored to use a variant on Symbian's UIQ interface, 5-megapixel camera , GPS navigation, both HSDPA-based 3G as well as Wi-Fi for networking, and a 2.8 inch screen.

The Garmin Nuviphone is a GSM, 3.5G HSDPA phone with Wi-fi that is running Garmin's own operating system. It has a 3.5-inch touchscreen interface.
